Our self-built mobile Woodfired Sauna offers a Space to Relax and connect in Nature while
enjoying the rejuvenating benefits of Sauna bathing.
In addition to our regular Sauna sessions we also offer Pirtis, the Baltic tradition of Thermal Leaf Whisking.
This is a guided Sauna experience available for groups or individuals.

A Deepening of The Sauna Experience
Pirtis is the immersive multi sensory Baltic tradition of Thermal Leaf Whisking. This practice fills the Sauna with the aromas of the Forest and the rhythmical sounds of rustling leaves as you experience the therapeutic benefits of a Thermal Leaf Massage. A rejuvenating nature rooted practice, that leaves you feeling hugged by the trees, as you cleanse and turn over a new Leaf.
This is available for group or individual bookings upon request with dates coming soon for regular group sessions at our Sauna.

Our Location
Our mobile Sauna is based on the scenic Lake shore of Lough Allua, Co Cork.
This little known gem is a freshwater lake being fed from Gougane Barra and forming part of the river Lee.
It has an area of 1.36 km² and is located between the Villages of Ballingeary and Inchigeelagh.
A perfect spot for kayaking, swimming, fishing and walks, with the nearby Heritage site
of Gougane Barra offering woodland trails, hikes and food.
